WIEDENBACH for inkjet coding and marking technologies.
Due to their superior high printing speeds, the WIEDENBACH
ultra-reliable inkjet printers can be integrated easily
into both existing production lines and all modern production
lines without problems. The printing speeds are
fast enough for all of the most modern high-performance
production systems.
The non-contact printers are able to print on non-moving
products by traversing the print head via a linear or
X-Y movement.
The unique ink management system eliminates expensive
make-up inks with a permanent ink density measuring
system through automatic viscosity control and solvent
dosing, which ensures economical print application and
optimum print quality.
The state of the art pneumatic/hydraulic ink delivery
system, through automatic viscosity control and solvent
dosing, ensures a low emission rate. The system is also
environmentally friendly.
The WIEDENBACH non-contact inkjet printers are equipped
with a tubus heater that keeps continuous high quality
drop separation for optimum print quality. In
addition, the printers are insensitive to temperature
variations through the tubus heater.
The sensor under the ink tank detects moisture in the
inkjet printer. The moisture is sucked up and
removed through pump operation. These systems
optimise the perfect conditions of the print quality
and also provide the optimum performance of the Wiedenbach
inkjet printer during rainy seasons or humid production
environments. |

to provide high contrast on dark surfaces.
Pigmented inks need to
be set in constant motion to maintain them in optimum condition, which
keeps the pigmented inks evenly distributed for optimum print quality. |
