The WIEDENBACH INKJET PRINTER TSSG-202 2A has two print heads, which can be used independently of each other for different printing tasks in two separate production lines at different printing speeds. If both print heads are mounted on one production line they can print up to 8 lines per second.

Due to its superior high printing speed, the TSSG-202 2A Inkjet Printer is used above all on modem, parallel running, high speed production lines such as in the foodstuffs, cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries as well as different labelling and coding tasks for many other industrial products.

The TSSG-202 2A Inkjet Printer is able to print at speeds of up to 13.50 metres per second or up to 4000 characters per second.  It also prints characters from 0.8 to 12 mm in height, including characters in different print formats and fonts.

The TSSG-202 2A Inkjet Printer is designed to use all dye-based Wiedenbach inks, which provides high-contrast printing on most materials and surfaces.

The unique ink management system eliminates expensive make-up inks with a permanent ink density measuring system through automatic viscosity control and solvent dosing, which ensures economical print application and optimum print quality.

The state of the art pneumatic/hydraulic ink delivery system, through automatic viscosity control and solvent dosing, ensures a low emission rate. The system is also environmentally friendly.

As an environmentally-aware company, we equip the TSSG-202 2A Inkjet Printer with environmentally-friendly returnable ink and solvent container, which can also be refilled during operation ensuring continuous printing with no interruption for production.
