C 151 & Rotary Axis: D Axis 100-A
Tube or shaft circumference marking and angular marking.
The D axis 100-A rotates the part while it is being marked.
The part is manually clamped in the chuck jaws of the
D axis 100-A. SPECIFICATIONS:
Clamping diameter: 6 to 100 mm, up to 130 mm
inside clamping. Jaws can be reversed for outside/inside
clamping. Maximum diameter of the part limited to
250 mm.
Part must not exceed 5 kg.
E 8 controller must be equipped with a 3rd axis board
(option). |

Portable indent dot marking machine.
This marking gun is equipped with a special tool to ensure
a better positioning on the part to be marked.
The turbine shift is driven in rotation with powered
rollers. The angular rotation is controlled by
C98 controller for circumference marking. The
I 80 marking head equipped with handles can be mounted
at 4 marking locations.
This marking station requires no PC.

the marking head, whose window is 270 x 100 mm wide,
is held by a balancer due to its integrated hook.
The operator puts the machine down on steel sheets and
clamps with the magnetic pads to ensure the positioning
during the marking cycle. |
