| The Model 710 PVC Cables Rotary Marking Machine is designed
to print on all types of flat, round, armoured and unarmoured
cables. It can support round cables from 4 to 315mm diameter
and flat cables from 5 to 100mm. |

The PVC Cable Marking Machine supports 4 digit sequential marking
with the help of a mechanical counter situated on the
marking head. It has excellent marking accuracy of 4mm
per meter.
Apart from sequential marking, company's logo, name,
cable size, technical specification etc can also be
marked up to maximum length of 400mm on either side
of sequential marking.
These marking are carried out by the stereo stamp placed
on the marking head. |

With the help of electronic percentage
differential circuit provided inside the heat controller,
marking head is heated up to the desired temperature.
Character heights up to 6mm and counters up to 4mm can
be marked.
It counts total meters of cable passed through it with
the help of a digital monitor, which gives a current position.
It uses double pay up systems that help in easy ribbon
tape changing.
A seven digit coder can also be fitted on marking head
to mark code numbers. |
