These Paint Jet Printers are designed
for marking steel pipes, tubes, plates, coils,
billets and blooms
clearly.
The marks withstand prolonged environmental exposure and
will not fade from surfaces that have begun to rust.
These drop-on-demand printers can print alphanumeric characters,
serial numbers, symbols and logos on metal surfaces using
non-flammable
paints that provide higher-contrast colours than other
inks. The unique paint
management system eliminates
the use of excess paint therefore, providing low operation
cost.
These non-contact printers
can be integrated easily into both existing production
lines and
industrial robots.
A 16-dot printhead
will produce one or two lines of text and logo up to
48 mm in height at printing speeds of up to 180 metres
per minute with an excellent print image quality. |
